ORDERING
INFORMATION
Although
we strongly encourage you to patronize your authorized radere
retailer, we are happy to ship directly to you. Just follow the easy steps
below. And remember: UPS or FedEx Ground or USPS delivery is free when
you order from radere!
1) ORDER

2) MAKE
YOUR SELECTION
Fill out the order form with your product selection(s), making sure to
specify style, size (men’s or women’s where appropriate),
color and price. Please write legibly as sometimes resolution is reduced
during fax transmissions.
3) GETTING
YOUR ORDER TO US
You may either fax, mail or call in your order. Please note: At this time
we are not set up to accept orders directly through this website.

If
you get voice mail you may either request a call back or leave your order
in our message system along with your Visa or MasterCard number, expiration
date and ship to address. We’ll call back to confirm.
4) PAYMENT
We accept Visa or MasterCard. You may also mail us a personal check or
Money Order. Please make check or Money Order payable to Shaver &
Larimer Group, LLC. PLEASE DO NOT SEND CASH OR EMAIL YOUR CREDIT
CARD NUMBER. With the exception of special event products, your
card will not be charged until your order is shipped.
5) SHIPPING
Always free ground shipping from radere!
We generally ship within 2 business days of receiving your order.
We ship at our discretion by either USPS Priority Mail, UPS or FedEx Ground.
For an additional charge we can expedite your order. Please contact us
for more information.
6) ORDER/SHIPPING
NOTIFICATION
When ever possible we will notify you of shipment of your order via email,
so make sure your email address is legible.
7) AVAILABILITY
& BACK ORDERS
The popularity of our products continues to grow and therefore it is sometimes
difficult to maintain inventory for certain items. If we are out of stock
when you place your order, we will notify you by phone or email when the
product will be back in stock and give you the option to keep the order
on the books or to cancel it. We will also provide you with retailers
that might have it in their store.
8) RETURNS
& EXCHANGES
If you are not satisfied with the product(s) you have ordered, or the
sizing is incorrect, you may return your order to us for a full refund
(cost of product(s) only), or exchange for another item. Products returned
for refund or exchange must be in new and saleable condition, with all
labeling and packaging. Cost of shipping refunds and exchanges is your
responsibility and must be sent via USPS to: P.O. Box 200772, Denver,

9) SIZING
Please use the guidelines below to determine your size. Please be advised
these are ranges based upon our patterns and may not correspond with other
brands.
